EDI Leadership Programme

Introducing this transformative Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI) Leadership Development Programme for Senior Management Teams. Our flagship programme combines training, leadership development and facilitated discussions to develop an EDI strategy for the future. We understand that creating real change requires a multifaceted strategy. The programme utilises group sessions and personalised one-to-one coaching, ensuring maximum impact and value for your investment. The programme is typically delivered over the course of a term by Johan Jensen.

Initial School EDI Audit

Our Initial School EDI Audit is a systematic assessment of an educational institution's policies, practices, and culture with regard to equality, diversity, and inclusion. It aims to identify strengths and areas for improvement in promoting a more inclusive environment for students, staff, and the broader community. This initial audit involves gathering information on key aspects of school life and an analysis conducted by All-in Education. We will present the outcome of the analysis and recommended next steps. 

Inclusive Governance

Our EDI (Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion) training session for Governors is specifically designed to equip these education leaders with the knowledge and tools they need to foster an inclusive school environment. With a perfect blend of informative content and engaging exercises we build knowledge, examine personal behaviours, and understand the pivotal role of governors. This interactive training aims to create more inclusive leaders who can champion diversity within their school community. Participants will explore key aspects of EDI to drive positive change.

Sense of Belonging Surveys

Our “Sense of Belonging” surveys, developed in partnership with RSAcademics, are standardised surveys designed to provide a psychologically safe opportunity for your school community to share their experiences, attitudes and perceptions.  Broad, holistic and deeply rooted in the respondents’ experience, the surveys engender meaningful responses which cover, but go far beyond, what you would expect from a standard diversity survey.

Through detailed analysis of the responses, we provide cultural insight that enables you to reflect and develop actions to build a diverse community, where everyone can thrive.
