This week, we’re excited to launch participant recruitment for our Inclusive People Leadership Programme, designed specifically for leaders working in and with independent schools.

Following the success of our current cohort in the maintained sector we have designed a tailored edition for the independent schools sector.

Amongst other aspects of the programme, you can expect:
- A CMI accredited programme with content tailored to the realities of independent schools
- Six modules combining strategic input with real-world tools to lead and manage people inclusively
- 1:1 coaching to support reflection and personal growth
- McQuaig self-development profiling to gain insight into your leadership style
- A confidential, focused space to think, connect and grow with peers
